Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free and paid access
The free plan does not require a payment, so there is no purchase to refund. Pro access is currently arranged by email. Before paying, obtain written confirmation of the price, currency, billing period, included limits, access start date and any purchase-specific refund or cancellation conditions. If anything is unclear, contact us before making a payment.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@protibha.art with the subject “Infograph refund request”. Include your Infograph account email, order or payment reference, payment date and the reason for your request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or bank login details.
If you were charged twice, did not receive the paid access agreed, or could not use it because of a service problem, explain what happened so we can investigate. We review requests against the terms agreed for your purchase and applicable consumer rights, and confirm the outcome by email.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. The time for a refund to appear depends on the provider and your bank; we will share the available confirmation when it is processed.
Cancelling paid access
Email hello@protibha.art with the subject “Infograph cancellation request”, your account email and your order or payment reference. If you agreed to recurring billing, request cancellation before your next renewal. We will confirm the cancellation and when your paid access ends under your agreed purchase terms in writing.
A cancellation request and a refund request are separate. If you also want a refund for an earlier payment, include that request and its reason. Uninstalling the extension or stopping use of Infograph does not notify us to cancel paid access. If you want your account deleted as well, say so in your email; the Privacy Policy explains data deletion.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.
