Who we are
Infograph (the website at https://www.infograph.in, the web Studio and the Chrome extension) is owned and operated by Md zuber hossain, an individual based in India, under the product name Infograph. You can reach us at hello@protibha.art. By using Infograph you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account for cloud features such as saving, sharing and generating stories. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us at hello@protibha.art if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Infograph to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to make content that harasses, deceives or harms people, to send spam, or to try to get around limits, security or other people's access. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. We may limit or close accounts that do these things.
Your content
You own the text, sources, images and stories you bring to Infograph and the stories you make with it. You let Infograph store, process and display that content only to provide the service to you and to the people you choose to share it with, including sending it to the AI providers listed in the privacy policy when you ask for an AI action.
AI-generated content
Infograph uses AI to write stories, read images and make pictures, voice-overs and video. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: check it before you share or rely on it. Numbers are checked against the source you gave. Stories written from a short topic instead of a source are labelled “general knowledge” because there is no source to check them against.
Plans and limits
The free plan has daily limits on stories and generated media. Paid plans are arranged by email for now: write to hello@protibha.art. Before you pay, we confirm the price, currency, billing period, included limits and access start date in writing. The terms agreed for your paid period apply to that purchase.
Refunds and cancellation
Read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for how to request a refund or cancel paid access. Cancelling paid access and deleting your account are separate requests.
Sharing
When you share a story, anyone with the link can read it. You can revoke a link at any time; revoking stops new reads but cannot recall copies people have already downloaded.
Ending your account
You can stop using Infograph at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@protibha.art. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and what may remain.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Infograph changes. We will change the date at the top when we do. Using Infograph after a change means you accept the new terms.
